The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage end‑to‑end recruitment across both head office and field roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams. You’ll be the go‑to person for job briefs, advertising, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding coordination, and talent pooling.
You’ll also play a key role in reporting, stakeholder communication, and supporting broader People & Culture initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Attend job briefings and craft clear position descriptions and job ads.
- Manage full recruitment cycles across Field Force and Head Office roles.
- Maintain and grow talent pools to support future hiring needs.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Produce Letters of Offer and onboarding documentation with accuracy.
- Support induction processes and internal communications for new starters.
- Deliver weekly/monthly recruitment reporting and maintain tracking sheets.
- Act as the main contact for public enquiries regarding employment opportunities.
- Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, social activities, and admin support.
- Lead or participate in recruitment‑related projects as required.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-3 years’ experience in agency or in‑house recruitment.
- Experience managing high‑volume recruitment cycles.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work confidentially and independently.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
- High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and a vibrant, engaged personality.
