We’re working with a fast‑growing, independent full‑service agency to find a strategically minded Social & Content Account Director.

In this role, you’ll lead content strategy and planning across paid, owned and earned channels for a portfolio of ambitious brands. You’ll translate insight into integrated content programs, define channel approaches, shape messaging frameworks, lead ideation with Creative, and own the content calendar end‑to‑end. You’ll also coach and elevate a junior layer across content creation, community management and influencer programs, while working closely with Media, Creative and Client Leads to ensure everything lands with impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Turning research, social listening and performance data into sharp content strategy
- Building planning pillars, messaging matrices and channel‑specific roadmaps
- Leading content ideation and briefing designers, creatives and studio
- Owning community management strategy and overseeing influencer programs
- Coaching Content Managers/Execs and elevating craft across the team
- Ensuring governance, QA, approvals and process excellence
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in social/content roles with deep platform knowledge
- Strong strategic thinking, creative judgement and presentation skills
- Confident working across paid/owned/earned ecosystems
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and shaping test‑and‑learn
- A natural collaborator with strong stakeholder management
- Experience across automotive, beauty, sport/nutrition or finance is a bonus

- $110,000 – $120,000 Inc Dep on exp.
