We’re partnering with one of Australia’s most awarded independent agencies to find a Creative Copywriter with sharp thinking, strong craft, and a hunger to create work that genuinely delivers results.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a copywriter early in their agency career who wants to work on meaningful brands, alongside an ambitious and highly awarded creative team, in an environment that values effectiveness just as much as big ideas.
What we’re looking for:

Writing and editing copy across digital, social, CRM, websites, eDMs, SEM, outdoor, radio and potentially TV

Interpreting briefs and developing strong, insight-led creative concepts

Collaborating with designers, strategists, project managers and senior creatives

Contributing to campaigns that are creatively strong and commercially effective

Continuously developing your skills in a supportive, high-performance environment
The right person will have:

1–3 years’ experience as a copywriter within a recognised advertising agency

A strong online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative copy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience creating advertising-led copy across multiple channels

Currently based in Sydney with unrestricted Australian working rights
