A leading independent creative agency is looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Content Producer to join its growing social and digital team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of content, storytelling, and production, bringing ideas to life across social, web, and CRM channels for major Australian brands.

As the Content Producer, you’ll be the operational engine behind high‑quality in‑house content. You’ll plan shoots, coordinate talent, manage logistics, liaise with external studios, and ensure every asset is delivered on time, on brief, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll work closely with creatives, content managers, production leads, and account teams in a collaborative, flat agency environment.

This role suits someone who thrives on detail, loves the pace of production, and knows how to make shoots run smoothly. Whether your background is production management, content creation, or digital media, you’ll bring structure, energy, and problem‑solving to every project.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and organise in‑house shoots from concept through to delivery.
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, and creative objectives with internal teams.
  • Liaise with external studios, freelancers, and production partners.
  • Book talent, locations, equipment, and production crews.
  • Oversee on‑set operations to ensure content is captured efficiently and to brief.
  • Support post‑production: reviewing edits, coordinating approvals, and managing final assets.
  • Maintain organised production documentation and asset libraries.
  • Provide practical production insights during ideation and planning.
  • Collaborate with social, CRM, and web teams to optimise content distribution and repurposing.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance content performance through format, timing, or creative adjustments.
  • Ensure safe, compliant production environments across studio, location, and remote work.

About You

  • University graduate with experience in content production, project management, or creative operations.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple shoots, budgets, and timelines.
  • Hands‑on experience with photography, video, and digital content workflows.
  • Knowledge of social and digital content trends and formats.
  • Familiarity with production planning or project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Basic understanding of editing software and post‑production processes.

Salary: $75,000 Inc
