Are you a highly organised, hands‑on Junior Producer ready to bring creative ideas to life across social, web, CRM and broadcast channels? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, collaborative content team producing high‑quality, in‑house work for major Australian brands.
You’ll be at the centre of production—planning shoots, coordinating talent, managing logistics, and ensuring every deliverable is executed on time, on brief, and to an exceptional standard. If you thrive in environments where no two days look the same, love the details, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support end‑to‑end production across social, digital and broadcast, including:
- Scoping and facilitating in‑house shoots from concept through to delivery.
- Coordinating with internal teams to understand briefs, build timelines, and manage production logistics
- Liaising with external studios, freelancers, production houses and talent
- Scheduling shoots, securing locations, managing permits, equipment and crew
- Overseeing on‑set social shoots and supporting senior producers and shooters
- Ensuring compliance across insurance, OHS and child‑employment paperwork.
- Supporting broadcast production with studio bookings, VO talent, CAD approvals and licensing
- Managing internal edit suites, asset libraries and production documentation
- Assisting with post‑production coordination, reviewing edits and approving final assets
- Contributing production insights during ideation and helping elevate production values across all deliverables.
What You Bring
- Experience in content production, project management or creative operations.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple shoots, budgets and timelines.
- Hands‑on experience with photography, video or digital content workflows.
- Understanding of social and digital content formats and trends.
- Familiarity with production planning or project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Basic knowledge of editing software and post‑production processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
