This role sits within a collaborative, energetic team and gives you hands‑on exposure to campaign planning, digital activation and programmatic execution across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be supported by senior leaders who genuinely invest in development and you’ll gain deep capability across the platforms shaping modern media.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the development of campaign strategy and ensuring it translates seamlessly into media buying platforms
- Managing day‑to‑day digital campaign delivery including setup, optimisation, pacing and reporting
- Assisting with programmatic execution in DV360 — line item setup, pacing checks, optimisation support and reporting
- Supporting ad serving and measurement via CM360, including Floodlight QA, troubleshooting and delivery reporting
- Monitoring performance and proactively identifying optimisation opportunities, with a strong focus on audience and creative testing
- Bringing a continuous‑improvement mindset to media optimisation and client value
- Attending client WIPs and communicating performance insights and market updates
- Assisting with partner and media owner briefings for integrated campaigns
- Maintaining accuracy across financials including budget control, loading, proformas and account queries
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a media agency or marketing role
- A genuine interest in digital, programmatic, data and ad tech
- Hands‑on experience across key platforms such as:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights
- High attention to detail and ownership over delivery
- Strong Excel/Sheets capability and confidence across Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive, curious and positive approach to building a long‑term media career
