We’re partnering with a leading healthcare communications agency to find an Account Director ready to step into a high‑impact, strategically led role. The Role
As Account Director, you’ll lead a portfolio of Rx healthcare brands across integrated campaigns, brand strategy, HCP engagement, patient programs and digital content. You’ll be the strategic anchor for your clients, guiding thinking, elevating creative, and ensuring delivery that’s both effective and beautifully executed.
You’ll work closely with planners, creatives, medical writers and senior leadership to bring big ideas to life, while mentoring a talented team and fostering a culture of collaboration and curiosity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading client relationships with confidence, clarity and strategic insight
- Driving integrated campaign development from briefing through to delivery
- Partnering with strategy and creative to shape standout work
- Managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance across your accounts
- Coaching and developing Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
- Ensuring excellence in delivery across digital, print, social, HCP and patient‑facing work
- Bringing a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset to every challenge
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience in healthcare advertising, communications or agency environments
- Strong understanding of Rx, HCP and patient engagement
- A natural leader who can inspire teams and build trusted client partnerships
- Someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
- Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for creative work that makes a real‑world impact
